January is flying by, and if you’re anything like me, you’re already over the endless talk of New Year’s Resolutions and vision boards. Here’s the thing—80% of resolutions fail by February, and only 1% last the whole year.

Why? Because resolutions and vision boards:

Focus on outcomes, not actions (a beach photo won’t pay for the family trip).
Lack clarity and realism (like vague plans to “be healthier”).
Overwhelm us with too many goals, leading to burnout.

This year, I’ve ditched resolutions for a new approach: Goals > Impact > Growth.
